I'm singing the right song, because I believe in the Lord.

When Bob Dylan was writing the song, he was saying that often when you want to serve the Lord, you want to write for him, sing for him, play for him, then people are going to sometimes turn their back on you. But if you believe in Him and in what you are doing, it won't matter about what people say or do. I have been labeled as a traditional artist. But I do a little bit of all of it because I have a big following with young people, so I do a little contemporary, a little traditional, and I do a little praise and worship also. I love the song "I Believe in You" because I feel that the song is just--it just tells you straight up. I believe in God. I believe in the one who - our Maker - the one who made us. "When black turn to white... white turn to black" that lyric lets everybody know that if you believe in God there's nothing you can't do, nowhere you can't go. There is no difference in our color or creed it's just all about God.
