Bob Dylan had that natural insight. I'd say godly insight to be able to touch souls with his music.
And he brought that over with him. It's like when you become religious, or you acquire God, you don't forget how to stop for the red light. I mean, you're enhanced. You know, it's like things are open to you. You don't lose your game. And I think he even gained more insight from acquiring Jesus.
I don't think people realize that God came, and Jesus came to bring more life, and more abundantly to really understand how to love. And I think that's what Bob was trying to do, to show people that, if no one else wants you, want yourself. Don't beat up on yourself. You have someone that you can talk to, and you don't have to come to God with form and fashion, just be yourself. And I think that's what he brought to the stage, himself, but just with a new attitude, and he could bring that group of people to a new horizon. I think a lot of people's lives were changed because of the way Bob did introduce his newfound faith.
